Shipping Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing and delivery timeframes. 

Order Processing 

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days from the date the order is placed. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.  

Pre-Orders

Items listed as pre-orders are made available for purchase before they are ready to ship within 2-6 weeks from the date the order is placed. Please note that this timeframe is and estimate and may vary depending on production and availability. 

Shipping & Delivery 

All orders are shipped via our selected courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery directly with the shipping provider. Please note that delivery times and any delays once shipped are the responsibility of the courier. 

Delays

While we aim to meet the stated dispatch times, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, supply chains, or unforeseen circumstances. If there are significant delay with your order we will notify you as soon as possible.
